Garcinia Cambogia was a buzz word in the year 2012 to 2014 and

Myth about Garcinia Cambogia:
The Garcinia Gummi - Gutta has Hydroxycitric Acid or HCA, which
produces Citrate lyase enzymes and this enzyme helps to reduce fat stopping the
work of some other enzyme which is responsible for hungriness. An American
doctor named Dr. Oz promoted this product in his TV program. He inspired people
to take these fruit extract to burn their fat and to lose weight without any
diet or regular exercise. He told that 60% of HCA that high doses of HCA burn
fat and Garcinia Cambogia extract has more than 60% HCA and which is very
effective for overweight people to lose some of their weight easily.
Dr. Oz’s Prove Vs Clinical trials:
Dr. Oz did not research on this fruit rather than he uses a proved
trial on rats and it showed that it works on rat but not on human beings. There
are a few clinical trials on Garciania Cambodia and it proved that it doesn’t
work at all. It is just a myth. US National Library of Medicine proved that high doses
of Hydroxycitric acid loss two or three pounds of weight in 8 weeks. In 1998 it
was given to 135 people just for trial and it did not produce any significant
result. 8 doctors monitored this trial, including Dr. Heymsfield, Allison, and
Nunez etc. This result was published in the journal “The journal of the
American Medical Association”. In a CNN interview, Oz told that
he acts as an entertainer in his TV show. People actually eager to hear from
him so he promotes products which he found good. He is also not affiliated with
those companies. Some people also call him “Snake Oil Seller”.
Does any weight pill work?
Weight loss pill does not work as they promise. It is not
considered as a medicine by the USA government and so they don’t clinically
test this product. Actually herbal products are not considered as medicine, so
like garcinia Cambodia there are lots of fake products whose are cutting the

in its first attempt and later it was tested. Among the 29 products only 4
products have HCA 1000mg or above, in percentage 60% or above. Most of the
product’s HCA is 42%, though they say they have 100% HCA or 95% or 60%.
According to “Lab Door” CEO, Neil Thanedar most of the products are poor
quality as the FDA doesn’t consider it as medicine so the company also care
less about the quality of the product. Even sometime many other side effective
